What should I consider before changing the time limit?

(1)  Not everyone finishes the test in 2 hours, so you might consider a longer time limit if it is practical in your situation. With a longer time limit, slower workers are more likely to finish the test.

(2)  You should give all candidates the same time limit, so you can compare their scores in the most meaningful way.

(3)  If you want to give your candidates more time, we suggest a 3 hour time limit.

(4)  The norms (comparison scores) are based on a 2 hour time limit.
