LPAT Authorization Page

This Authorization Page is to be filled out by an authorized organization representative.

When your organization purchased the LPAT test booklets it also purchased an equal number of uses of the on-line grading services.   On-line computerized grading beyond what was purchased will be billed at the end of each month, for tests taken on-line that month, at the rate of per candidate.

When you are ready to administer the LPAT, fill in your "Organization Password" below.

For the "Test Name" type LPAT.

When you fill in the information below and click the SUBMIT button below, you will be taken to the Candidate Welcome Page.

When the candidate is ready to take the test, have him/her start at the Candidate Welcome Page.   The candidate will follow the instructions which will take him/her to the LPAT Answer Page.   You should stay with the candidate until he/she gets to the LPAT Answer Page.
